VIP Development Associates, in 2004 purchased 1304 Buckley Road, with the goal of redeveloping it into a Class A medical office building. Starting with Nephrology Associates as our main tenant, the VIP team has successfully created a Class A medical facility which includes: a laser eye surgery unit, a cataract surgery practice, a 24-station dialysis clinic, a homeopathic general practitioner and other medical applications.

Our architects and construction team completely renovated the interior and exterior, creating a welcoming environment with a two-story glass atrium, modern lighting, tile finishes and a covered patient drop-off area.
