HVAC Engineer

The HVAC Engineer serves as the lead HVAC Engineer on projects from concept through construction administration. Performs design efforts, develops construction documents, and delegates design tasks to junior engineers when possible.  Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs as well as working through issues with contractors in the field. 

Senior Electrical Engineer

The Senior Electrical Engineer serves as the lead Electrical Engineer on projects from concept through construction administration.  Performs design efforts, develops construction documents, and delegates design tasks to junior engineers when possible. Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs as well as working through issues with contractors in the field.

Project Manager

The Project Manager will lead the production design team and manage day to day project tasking on various types of renovation and new construction projects for commercial, residential and institutional building types within health care, technology, utilities, education, multi-tenant residential, institutional, and commercial markets.   

Mechanical Design Engineer

A Mechanical Designer is a member of our multi-disciplinary design team and will be provided mentoring opportunities working under our senior engineering leadership. The Designer will have opportunities to work on various types of renovation and new construction projects for commercial, residential and institutional building types, including health care, technology, utilities, education, multi-tenant residential, institutional, and commercial markets.

Healthcare HVAC Engineer

IPD Engineering is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with healthcare experience to serve as the lead engineer on projects, from concept through construction administration.  The Mechanical Engineer will perform design efforts, develop construction documents, and delegates design tasks to junior engineers when possible.  Design responsibilities include developing feasibility studies, code reviews and developing Department of Health submissions.  The construction administration responsibilities include reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and working through issues with contractors in the field. 

Summer Intern

Summer Interns work on relevant projects, acquiring insights into the industry, establishing valuable professional connections, and honing both technical and interpersonal skills, within a nurturing environment. Internships typically begin in July (unless otherwise specified) and span 6 to 8 weeks, with work hours not exceeding 40 per week. This immersive experience aims to foster personal and professional growth, equipping interns with valuable insights and capabilities for their future endeavors.

Plumbing Engineer

The Plumbing Engineer serves as the lead on projects from concept through construction administration. Performs design efforts, develops construction documents, and delegates design tasks to junior engineers when possible. Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and work through issues with contractors in the field.

Electrical Designer

An Electrical Engineer is a member of our multi-disciplinary design team and will work along-side our engineering leadership.  The Engineer will have opportunities to work on various types of renovation and new construction projects for commercial, multi-tenant residential and institutional building types, including health care, technology, utilities & education markets. 

Electrical Engineer

The Electrical Engineer serves as the lead electrical engineer (with oversight from a Senior Electrical Engineer) on projects from concept through construction administration. Performs calculations, design efforts, develops construction documents, and delegates tasks to designers. Reviews submittals, responds to RFI’s and works through construction issues with contractors in the field.
