This new gaming facility evokes the feeling of a rustic lodge while incorporating the advanced technologies of a casino and entertainment destination that consumers expect in modern facilities. 

This design-build project was completed in only 9-months’ time and ahead of schedule. IPD’s team of engineers were highly collaborative throughout the entire duration of design and construction, which were overlapped due to the fast tracked schedule. IPD was responsible for the coordination and design of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. 

With nearly 500 slot machines and 20 table games, the gaming floor was designed with a depressed slab to accommodate data and cabling for the gaming machines below the floor. A state of the art commercial kitchen services two fast casual restaurants and custom designed beverage transportation infrastructure, which utilizes eight inch conduit to distribute beverage lines throughout the entire facility. 

A recent expansion project included the addition of a sports book gaming area to Point Place Casino.
