Tailored Solutions
Every client has unique goals, each project is different, and all building renovation projects have challenges. Therefore, our design approach focuses on truly understanding each client’s needs, developing tailored engineering systems per client goals and building constraints, and collaborating to find the best possible solutions for each client.
Technology & Visualization
Keeping up to date with the latest technologies is critical to project success. Our team uses Building Information Modeling (BIM), which allows our clients to preview system configurations and equipment arrangements before construction begins. Using BIM clash detection, our team can identify potential issues during the design phase, reducing costly change orders during construction. With a firm grasp on evolving technologies, our innovative solutions deliver long-term value and ROI to our clients.
System Reliability & Longevity
We are committed to designing reliable systems. We design energy-efficient systems that hold up over time, reduce negative impacts on the environment, and improve human health and the comfort of the building occupants.
Energy Efficiency
Energy efficiency and sustainability are core to our mission. We take an active role on projects to help owners make informed decisions regarding system selections and work to find the right balance between efficiency and budget.
