A former telecom provider’s headquarters, “Washington Place” is now a thriving mixed-use building.  The Vision of Carnegie Management was to bring New York City style living to Syracuse, offering an abundance of amenities like no other property in Upstate New York. This $50 million dollar project features a total of 214 units that include something for everyone. The upper floors offer spacious one, two and three-bedroom apartments with private balconies and panoramic views. The second and third floors feature smaller studios with a Co-Living experience. Tenants enjoy the privacy of their unit and the shared amenities of their floor.

Amenities for all tenants include lounge areas , professional workspace, art studios, shared kitchens, indoor pool, large fitness center, locker rooms, saunas, steam rooms and much more.  The basement was converted to a 109-car indoor parking garage.  A portion of the first and second floors contain a mix of retail, restaurant, and office space.
