A Professional Engineer with over 15 years of experience, Tom serves IPD as Vice President of Operations. Tom’s tenure at IPD began in 2012 as an Engineering Designer. He quickly earned his Professional Engineering License, increased his workload, was promoted to Assistant Project Manager, earned his MBA, was promoted to a Senior Project Manager, and once more promoted to Vice President of Operations. In his current role, Tom ensures that all employees have the support they need to thrive in their roles. Tom is a driven leader whose dedication, work ethic, and knowledge are invaluable to our firm.

In addition to his administrative role, Tom is an accomplished project manager and mechanical engineer. He leads teams in finding engineering solutions to the most complex needs of a project. Tom is committed to continuing education and perfecting his craft while mentoring the next generation of engineers.
