Tom Manzo Named
Vice President of Operations

“I credit so much of what we have been able to achieve during my time here at IPD to the collaboration and drive of the IPD team.”

IPD Engineering is proud to announce the promotion of Tom Manzo to Vice President of Operations. Manzo, an employee of IPD for ten years, is an accomplished project manager and valued leader. During his time at IPD, Tom has become a cherished team member, demonstrating his care for the company, its clients, and especially his team members.

“Tom started as a designer, graduated to an engineer after getting his license, took on the role of an Assistant Project Manager, obtained an MBA and was promoted to a Senior Project Manager. He’s thrived in every role. A standout quality that everyone noticed along the way, in addition to his excellent organizational and communication skills, was a genuine care for others. Our decision to promote Tom to VP of Operations was a no-brainer. In this position he’ll be able to help our employees set and accomplish their own goals and aspirations, something we’ve been trying to put in place for a long time,” said Sam Cosamano, President of IPD Engineering.

“I credit so much of what we have been able to achieve during my time here at IPD to the collaboration and drive of the IPD team. I personally am grateful for the love and support of my family to allow me to pursue my goals. My wife and two boys are my biggest supporters,” said Tom.
